The following walks are led by our volunteers.
If you’re not yet a member you’re welcome to give us a try for free. Become a member (£3/month or £33/year + concessions) and all our walks are free!
As well as helping towards keeping footpaths open, you’ll receive a free quarterly Walk magazine, walking store discounts and perhaps make new friends on the way.
Who knows, one day you might lead a walk for us too!

Weekday Walks

Join the Cleeve group for a 6.0 mile moderate walk.

Walk pass Arch Hollow, Roman Road, Hollow Bottom following Monarch's and Heart of England Way before returning to Golden Ball Inn for Lunch. Map OL 45 

Join the Cleeve group for a 4.5 mile leisurely walk.

From Pub walk to Eckington Wharf then alongside the river Avon (flood levels permitting) to The Swan's Neck to Birlingham then head off to Nafford Lock and back to pub for lunch. Wellies might be useful. Map Exp 190 

Join the Cleeve group for a 5.0 mile leisurely walk.

From Pub walk on B4450 to Claytons, near Daylesford, New Farm before picking up Diamond back to pub for lunch. Map OL45 

Join the Cleeve group for a 6.0 mile moderate walk.

Flat circular walk over fields and lanes to Alstone and Little and Great Washbourne. Three interesting churches. Returning to Beckford Inn for lunch. Map Exp 190 


Weekend Walks

Join the Cleeve group for a 7.0 mile moderate walk.

Descend to the Thames and Severn canal, following it towards Frampton Mansell. Return on the south side of the Golden Valley through Hyde, descend again to the canal, and return to the car park via Marle Hill and Jacobs ladder.Total Ascent 1100 feet. Picnic Lunch. Map Exp 168

Walk towards Broadway returning via Bury End, Littleworth Woods and Shenberrow. Some Hills. Picnic Lunch Map OL 45 

Join the Cleeve group for a 6.8 mile moderate walk.

Walk the Diamond Way via Naunton to Aylworth, then follow Windrush Way to Westfield Farm, and on through woods and lanes back to Guiting. Picnic Lunch. Map OL 45. 

Join the Cleeve group for a 8.5 mile moderate walk.

Initially flat walk to Toddington Church and an early tea stop before heading over to Dumbleton. Picnic lunch overlooking the hall before heading to the top of the hill with fine views of the Cotswolds ahead. Return to the Orchards Industrial estate - so called as it was once the centre of fine jam making. Map OL 45

Walk from Painswick alongside golf course and quarry up to Holcombe Farm, before continuing onto Edge before our return to Painswick. Hilly. Picnic Lunch. Map Exp 179.

From Prestbury walk to Noverton before ascending Cleeve Hill, Wontley Farm, Westwood back to Prestbury. Hilly. Good Views. Picnic Lunch. Map Exp 179

Decend past the Abbey towards Upton, and return via Painswick Beacon and Tocknell's Court. Good views but some hills. Picnic Lunch. Map Exp 179 

Join the Cleeve group for a 7.8 mile moderate walk.

Starting at Birdlip this walk follows part of the Cotswold Way, around Cooper's Hill (site of the famous cheese rolling competition) through Buckholt Wood (Cotswold Commons and National Beechwoods Nature Reserve) returning via Cranham and Buckle Wood. Includes a couple of hills and, of course, some fine views of the Cotswolds. Picnic Lunch. Map OL45

Walk Larches Farm via Shakespeare way following track past Rectory Farm to Brighthill Farm, Choice Farm and then Choice Hill Road. Before returning via Over Norton to car park. Picnic Lunch. Map OL45

Walk from Redmarley to Ketford, Dymock, Ryton before returning to Redmarley. Picnic Lunch. Map Exp 179

From the car park we walk through the village and then climb up Ravensgate Hill to Wistley Hill and the Cotswold Way. Then westwards onto the escarpment of Leckhampton Hill and down via the Gustav Holst Way to Southfield Manor and Charlton Kings Car Park. Picnic Lunch. Map Exp 179.

A circular walk from the car park taking in Kilkenny, Foxcote, Thorndale and Withington. before returning to Kilkenny. 920 ft of acsent. Picnic Lunch. Map OL45.

Walk via tracks and fields to Langley Hill (steepish climb) down to Gretton and Alderton. Total Ascent 820ft. Picnic Lunch. Map OL45

A really pretty circular walk following the Gloucestershire and Macmillan Ways, together with the Diamond and Oxfordshire Way. Walking from Bourton to Lower Slaughter to Maugersbury. Wyck Hill, Wyck Rissington before returing to Bourton. Picnic Lunch, Map OL45

Easy, Flatish walk through the Coln Valley via Winson, Ablington and Barnsley Park. Picnic Lunch. Map Lan 163

Pretty circular walk from Ewepen to Haycroft Botton via New bridge and Crookmoor Ash. 810feet of Acsent. Picnic Lunch. Map OL45

Walk through Glasshouse, Clifford's Mesne and via the Birds of Prey Centre. Then a steady climb to the peak of May Hill. Breathtaking views. Return via Newent Woods. Picnic Lunch. Map OL45.

Walk via fields and paths to Kemerton and Overbury, ascend part way up Bredon Hill and hope to see bluebells in Beckford Coppice. Picnic Lunch. map Exp 190
